Laid-back atmosphere / serious hygiene
Visiting club rules.
We have no club uniform policy. Your rashguard and shorts must be clean.
We pride ourselves on being laid-back, except when it comes to hygiene. Anyone who does not maintain a respectable level of cleanliness will be refused entry to the class.
- Clean kit, every session. Arrive in clean training clothing.
- Nails must be trimmed. Keep fingernails and toenails short.
- Open cuts must be covered. Tell the coach before training if you have a concern.
- Footwear off the mat. Wear footwear at all times when you are not on the mat.
- Possible skin infections must be shown to the coach before joining the class. Failing to disclose a possible skin infection may result in a permanent ban.
