Staffed opening hours
Our team is available one hour before the first class and for one hour after the last class. These hours are separate from the scheduled class times. Please book or confirm your first visit.
Monday: 17:30–21:45 · Tuesday: 16:00–20:30 · Wednesday: 11:00–14:00; 17:30–21:30 · Thursday: 16:30–21:30 · Friday: 11:00–14:00; 17:30–21:30 · Saturday: 16:30–19:30 · Sunday: Closed. Staffed opening hours, not class times.

The combined striking and grappling timetable runs Monday to Saturday. Use the full timetable for every class time.

Membership clarity
Membership that fits your training.
Kids membership is £47.50/month for unlimited suitable kids grappling and striking classes. Adult grappling is £55/month unlimited. Unlimited grappling and striking is £65/month. Family memberships are £70/month for two children or £95/month for three. Existing members keep their agreed prices and terms.

Yes. Your first class is free and there is no joining fee.
How much does membership cost?

Can I enquire about boxing?
Yes. Select Boxing enquiry in the form. The academy can confirm the most suitable current route based on the participant’s age and goals. The only currently published weekly Boxing session is Kids Boxing on Tuesday.
Do I need to bring equipment for my first class?
