Onyx Combat Academy brings Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA together under one local training programme at Unit E-7, KG House, Kingsfield Way, Northampton.

The aim is straightforward: teach strong fundamentals, provide a clear route for continued development and give students room to train for their own reasons. Some people want fitness and confidence. Others want practical striking skills or a pathway towards competition. Competition is available, but it is never mandatory.

Classes are deliberately structured so that new students can understand what they are learning and why, rather than being dropped into unstructured hard rounds.

Coaching

The programme is built around coaches with genuine competitive and coaching backgrounds.

Kickboxing is led by Chris Collymore, Kickboxing GB Head Coach Juniors. The MMA programme also draws on experienced combat-sports coaching, including Tom Mearns, a Cage Warriors and Fightstar veteran.
