What Kids Boxing develops

Boxing is built around balance, movement, timing, defence and accurate punching. For children, those skills can be taught through structured drills that reward listening, coordination and composure.

  • Balanced stance and guard
  • Footwork and movement
  • Straight and curved punching mechanics
  • Defence, distance and controlled partner work
  • Fitness developed through purposeful movement

A beginner-friendly first class

A first session is an introduction, not a test. Children are shown the training space, basic stance and simple movements before practising techniques at an appropriate pace.

Competition is optional

Kids can train Boxing for confidence, fitness and skill development without competing. Competition is an additional pathway only for those who want it.
