These website terms are not a substitute for any separate participation waiver, safeguarding policy or complete membership agreement that may be presented before purchase.

Website use

We aim to keep programme, timetable, price and location information current. Class schedules can change as the academy develops, so new visitors should book or confirm a first session before travelling.

Current membership information

The currently published Onyx adult membership price is £45 per month. The currently published Onyx kids membership price is £45 per month. There is no joining fee. Membership provides access to the suitable Onyx timetable for the member.

Any renewal method, cancellation process or additional participation conditions that apply must be made clear before an online membership transaction is completed. They are not invented or implied by this website.

Free first class

New starters may request one free first Onyx class through the website. A request is not a guarantee of a place until the session is confirmed.

Payments

When dedicated Onyx checkout links are enabled, online payment may take place through Square. This website does not collect card details directly. An inactive or unconfigured payment button does not start a transaction.

Training and participation

Combat-sport training involves physical exertion and inherent risk. Participants must follow coaching instructions and any safety, eligibility or equipment requirements for the relevant session. For children, a parent or guardian may be required to provide appropriate consent.

Competition

Competition is optional. Attending an Onyx class does not create any obligation to compete.

Site content and Onyx branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where law permits.
