Kids Kickboxing Northampton

A constructive introduction to striking fundamentals, designed around listening, coordination, confidence and controlled training.

Friday 6:30 PM–7:30 PM · first class free · £45/month · no joining fee

A clear path for young people

Kids Kickboxing introduces stance, movement, balance and age-appropriate striking mechanics in a structured environment. Children practise responding to instructions and working with others while developing physical confidence.

Skills beyond combinations

  • Coordination, balance and body awareness
  • Listening and following a sequence
  • Fitness developed through purposeful movement
  • Confidence grounded in controlled technique
  • Respect for partners and the training space

What a first session looks like

A first visit is an introduction, not a test. The session begins with orientation and simple movement before fundamental techniques are demonstrated and practised at a suitable pace.

Competition is a choice

Children can benefit from regular training without competing. Sporting competition may suit some young athletes, but it is not a requirement.

For parents

Confidence through good habits.

The focus is on controlled striking, movement, listening and learning how to train safely with others.

Competition is available for children who want that route, but there is no pressure to compete simply because they attend Kickboxing.

For young athletes who want more

Competition is available, never compulsory.

Most children can simply enjoy learning and improving. For those who later want to compete, the pathway can develop confidence, composure and technical decision-making in a structured sporting environment.
